Math

Math games, centers, manipulatives and projects will keep your learners engaged in our standards based math curriculum.

Grades K-2: Early math skills such as reading, writing and counting numbers up to 100, addition and subtraction strategies, identifying shapes, comparing quantities, telling time, counting money and much more will be explored.

Grades 3-5: Learners in the 3-5 classroom will continue to practice their addition and subtraction skills, but out main focus will be on introducing and working with multiplication and division skills. Additionally, learners will dive deeper into other math concepts such as graphing, telling time, and geometry concepts that include finding areas, perimeter, volume, etc. This classroom will also begin to take a look at fractions.
